We handle the entire logistics process. We arrange shipping, manage paperwork, coordinate with freight forwarders, and track your shipment from factory to port to your destination.
What We Coordinate
- Export documentation: Packing lists, invoices, certificates of origin, export licenses
- Freight forwarding: Selecting the right freight forwarder and negotiating rates
- Shipping method: Sea freight (cost-effective), air freight (fast), or DDP (we handle delivery to your door)
- Port coordination: Loading at the Chinese port, tracking containers

- Tracking & communication: You know where your shipment is at every stage
Shipping Options
Sea Freight: Most cost-effective for large shipments. Takes 20-40 days depending on destination.
Air Freight: Fast delivery but more expensive. Takes 5-10 days depending on destination.
DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): We handle everything including final delivery. You receive products at your door with all taxes and duties paid.
The Process
1. Plan the shipment. Based on your timeline and budget, we decide the shipping method and arrange freight quotes.
2. Prepare documentation. We gather all required export documents from your supplier and prepare customs paperwork.
3. Arrange pickup. We coordinate pickup of your products from the factory and transport to the port.
4. Port loading. We oversee loading of your containers and provide shipping documents (Bill of Lading).
5. Tracking. You receive container number and tracking details. You can monitor your shipment's progress.
6. Destination delivery. We coordinate with your destination freight forwarder or customs broker for final delivery.
